Message from the CEO:
Thanking you,
Mrs. Kiran Bali Samyal
CEO
I'm using webcam software. I
can webcast Internet video to view my site
from everywhere.
With my new
camera software, I can run a streaming tv station
of my apartment viewable online. This opens up a league
of possibilities, the surface of which has not even been scratched in today's world. I can use
this broadcast for surveillance purposes, allowing me to see what's going on in my room
at any moment from a remote watching pc.
As long as I have the webcamera
running and a remote pc with Internet access, I can watch the site.
With the application and the webcam, I can change the options to capture picture,
detect movement (if I don't want to keep the webcam running at all times),
or use a combination of a online feed and recorded video to implement a security
system that takes full advantage of new technology.
With a capture card,
I can easily transmit related video and screenshots to use on
any station.
With delicate files on my station
and precious stuff in my site,
it only makes sense to have a security setup that I can monitor whenever I feel that my privacy
is being compromised. If I owned a small company or lived with roommates, I couldn't imagine
living without it.
Modern professional surveillance application works with
any web camera, Internet cameras, and major capture cards.
Security application
has become so sophisticated that the regular
consumer who has been busy minding his office instead of pouring over electronics and ip
technology articles can be easily overwhelmed when it comes time to setup or modernize his security system.
Fortunately, there is modern professional surveillance software that simplifies much of the decision making.
You don't necessarily have to get rid of a working analog closed circuit TV system in order to modernize to a broadcasting
video that can be monitored from any online connected workstation or 3G phone. Video capture cards can digitally convert the
images for webcast. Until recently, there had been no real attempts to standardize the new Internet
cameras; every make and manufacturer functioned a little differently. And when you put webcams into the
merge, finding one application to rule them all was unwieldy.
Professional surveillance application
is now accessible that will work for any webcam
or IP webcam and for most capture cards as well. You can monitor whatever your motion
sensors are picking up at your room or business while you can be half a globe away.
The software itself may not be easy, but it can get life simpler for you.
Web camera software identifies movement, triggers
alarm, captures images, records video, and sends captured images by e-mail
Webcams
are usefull for more than just making online communications
more sensible. They can additionally be
an enormously functional device
for use in house or company security.
Software
is now available that can detect activity and use
it as a trigger for numerous procedures.
The way that
it works is to study the image sent by a camera that is either connected using USB
or using a video capture device for motion. When it picks up
that motion, it can therefore acquire any number of procedures,
including triggering an alarm.
An other popular software, though, is to either
send live images of what is happening in the picture that is covered by the camera
or to even broadcast by live streaming precisely what is
happening with both sound and picture. If installed covertly,
this application could even be used for stealthy surveillance.
Given the
large number of systems that either have a webcam attached
or can support one, this is an excellent way to inexpensively and effortlessly protect
the spot around that property
from intrusion or burglary.
